The old wood-burning oven in the garden, lives at our events. Extraordinarily spectacular cooking condition: in addition to the bread also curds of ricotta and mozzarella, fried, barbeque, expressed sushi, to the gourmet tasting of meats and cheeses with jams and chutneys, and delicious desserts. The angle of the sweet, funny, greedy, and for all tastes: from traditional cakes and desserts, pelleted, chocolate selections to candy buffet. And then there are the wedding cake, designed and made in our laboratories.
Each menu blends flawlessly with the style of your event: from the typical receipt of the English countryside, to gala dinners or more original picnic. Each recipe is the result of study, tradition and experimentation of our chef, where taste and quality are in first place. All menus are created taking into account the client’s needs, the various tastes and any allergies and intolerances.
